Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payment. Orders are only processed for delivery in the UK. If you are shopping from outside the UK with UK delivery, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
** All items are offered for sale subject to price amendments and to stock availability.
Note: Pictures on the web site are generic and may show taps, waste kits, accessories etc. these are not included in the individual items unless specified otherwise. They may be purchased in the relevant sections of the web site.
Shipping And Handling
Delivery And Handling Is via our own transport or by manufacturers/distributors transport direct and for smaller items by post. Delivery is to the U.K. mainland only.
Should an item(s) be out of stock we will hold the delivery until all ordered items are ready for delivery.
Delivery is free up to 25 miles from the centre of RH1 at present a competitive delivery charge will be advised to you for delivery outside of this area prior to your order being accepted and debited for your authorization. You have the right to cancel your order should you not agree with the delivery charge.
** Unfortunately at present we are unable to deliver items over 1.5 meters in length outside our free delivery area.
Delivery Schedule
Bathshowroom.co.uk policy is to deliver as soon as possible and usually within 10 days of orders being received. However times may vary due to manufacturer's delivery dates to us. For a more accurate delivery time of your order please contact us.
Delivery is free up to 25 miles from the centre of RH1 * at present, and may be delivered by post, manufacturers agents or by our own transport dependent on delivery area and size of shipment. A competitive delivery charge will be advised to you for delivery outside of this area prior to your order being accepted and debited for your authorization. You have the right to cancel your order should you not agree with the delivery charge.
The customer will be notified of a delivery date of product(s) - ( other than by post), we will endeavour to deliver at a date to suit but reserve the right to state a delivery date especially when deliveries are made by manufacturers transport. We would normally be unable to specify a time - even a.m. or p.m. on the day of delivery.
Should we be unable to deliver on the agreed day due to i.e. nobody being at the address, bathshoroom.co.uk reserve the right to make a charge for the re- delivery of the product(s)
Bulky and heavy products may need some assistance to the driver on delivery, your help would be appreciated in these circumstances. Access to the property will need to be clear and all items are delivered to ground floor only unless first agreed by us.
Please do not arrange for installation of products supplied by bathshowroom.co.uk until all items have been delivered to site and checked by yourselves. No responsibility can be accepted by bathshowroom.co.uk for costs caused by late deliveries or for any other reason. Delivery dates are approximate and we accept no liability whatsoever for late and balance/shortage deliveries.
You have 2 days from the delivery of the goods to advise us of any shortages or damage - no claim made after this period will be accepted by bathshowroom.co.uk.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. We will hold the delivery of all ordered items until all items are in stock - unless you agree to multiple deliveries.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or EU, 15.0% VAT is added or at the prevailing rate.
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a one-year full KBB Designs guarantee and also the manufacturers guarantee, which will be in the literature supplied with the product(s). This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights under consumer law.

Returns Policy
All ordered items will be confirmed by email for your further final confirmation - all items on this confirmation can not be returned once delivery has been accepted. In the unlikely event of damage or shortages on delivery you have two days to confirm such shortages or damages to us by telephone and confirmed to us in writing by email - we will then arrange a replacement to be delivered free of charge.
